Yes. The calorie calculator, meal plan generator, workout plan generator and all workout templates are free and require no registration.
How accurate is the calorie calculator?
The calculator is based on the Mifflin-St Jeor formula with hardgainer-specific adjustments. The result is a starting point – you track for 10–14 days and adjust based on weight trend and the mirror. Precision comes through iteration, not the formula alone.

What does the meal plan generator do?
It creates concrete meals with real foods and portions from your macros (calories, protein, carbs, fat). Focus on energy density and tolerability – optimised for hardgainers who struggle to eat enough.

Do I need an account or registration?

Are there pre-orders or a beta test group?
No pre-orders. We keep the first batches deliberately controlled so that feedback and data remain clean.
