Why do you share numbers and photos so openly?
Because hardgainers don’t need fairy tales. I’ve trained since 1999 and I’ve seen it all: progress is often slow, unsexy, and sometimes chaotic. Numbers, photos, and context show what actually happens and how to steer it.
What was the biggest lever from the starting point to today?
Structure over feelings: compound lifts, predictable calories, clear progression, and solid recovery. Not the perfect plan, but consistent execution over months.
Do I need supplements and why does Hardgainer Performance Nutrition® build its own?
You don’t need them to gain weight. The foundation stays: calorie surplus, training with progression, sleep. But: as a hardgainer, the problem is often execution, not knowledge. Many products out there are either marketing, needlessly complicated, or hard to digest. That’s why we build our own supplements: simple, hardgainer-friendly, clearly dosed, and as a true amplifier, not a replacement for the foundation.
